When you submit an enquiry, Spacebook stores your name, phone, optional email, project or service interest, message, requested visit date, source page, consent and submission time. Authorised administrators use this information to respond and manage your request.
Comments and reviews are moderated before publication. Your name and approved message may appear publicly; your email is not displayed.
Shortlists, comparison selections, cart preview and optional remembered comment details use data saved in your browser. You can clear them using your browser settings. No advertising tracker is included in this build.
The website runs on Hostinger hosting. Enquiries are stored in a private server directory and are accessible to authorised staff through a password-protected inbox. The site does not automatically forward enquiries to WhatsApp or an external CRM. WhatsApp links open that service under its own privacy terms.
For access, correction or deletion of your enquiry, contact kksharma@spacebook.co.in. Enquiry records remain available to authorised staff until no longer needed for the request or retention obligations; contact us about a specific record.
